Job Simulator & Beat Saber Top PlayStation VR’s 2018 Sales in US and EU

PlayStation VR has had quite the 2018, with some impressive virtual reality (VR) titles arriving for the headset. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) recently released the top downloaded title for both the US and European markets, revealing that while new titles were popular, some old veterans still had a place in gamers libraries.

Continuing to surprise and show its longevity is Owlchemy Labs’ Job Simulator: The 2050 Archives which launched back in 2016. When VRFocus has covered the monthly download charts for PlayStation VR over 2018, the title has always cropped up in the top ten, usually in the top 5. In the US it seems that Job Simulator proved to be the most popular, securing the number one spot, while in Europe the videogame achieved second position.

As for number one in Europe, well that went to the ever-popular Beat Saber by Beat Games. Only arriving on the headset in November, the rhythm action title quickly gained popularity on PlayStation VR thanks to all the previous PC coverage.
