With virtual reality (VR) able to blur the line between films and immersive entertainment it’s no wonder that movie studios have been promoting their franchises with VR. Paramount Pictures did this way back in 2015 for the launch of Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation. This proved to be popular because last year Paranormal Activity: The Lost Soul developer VRWERX announced it was working on a new experience based on the Mission: Impossible franchise.
