Cybershoes Review – Improving VR Immersion Step By Step
Summary
The Cybershoes are truly an interesting proposition: you strap them to your feet and while sitting in a revolving chair they allow you to make walking movements that translate into VR. It looks kind of funny when you see someone use it but it actually works really well and is way more intuitive than it looks. It supports most SteamVR games that offer free locomotion and it does make games more immersive. It does not quite feel like walking but for people who are intrigued by omnidirectional treadmills but do not have the space and money to get one, the Cybershoes are a real alternative. Good
