Our History
Founded in 2012, Holycore is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huazheng Group. It has been specialized in composite materials research and production for more than 20 years and is a leader in thermoplastic composites in China.
Our Factory
Our company locates in China’s most dynamic Yangtze River delta region-Hangzhou, a rapidly growing city close to China’s economic center, Shanghai. Our plant covers an area of more than 14 thousand square meters. In order to produce new composite materials of high quality, we introduced German’s technologies and equipment. We have our own advanced testing and R & D center, and our R & D personnel occupy more than 40 percent of all the employees of the company. Currently we are also engaged in the collaborative R & D with Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Zhejiang University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Our Product
Our main products include HolyCore(thermoplastic honeycomb core), HolyPan® (thermoplastic honeycomb sandwich panel), GWT(glass woven reinforced thermoplastics).
Product Application
Due to the light weight and high strength of the panel, HolyPan can be used in many applications such as truck body, caravans, mobile buildings, yacht, enclosed trailers, semi trailers,scaffolding systems, portable containers, Logistics boxes and any where light weight is needed.
