Corrugated fiberglass roofing is glass fiber reinforced polyphosphate plate, honeycomb or solid plate made of poly carbon fat, can be divided into glass fiber reinforced poly acrylic light plate (FRP) and other flat or surface lighting plate, which have the same waveform as the roof panel. It has been widely adopted by chemical corrosion zone for 20 years.
Characteristic
1. Transmittance: The Corrugated fiberglass roofing will not produce yellowing, atomization and light transmittance under the sun’s sunlight. After ten years, the loss of light transmission is only 12%.
2. Anti impact: The impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, and it has the reputation of “broken glass” and “loud steel”.
3. Ultraviolet-proof: It can prevent ultraviolet rays from passing through, and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits so that they are not damaged by ultraviolet rays.
4. Light weight: The proportion is only half that of glass, saving transportation, unloading, installation and supporting framework cost.
5. Inflaming retarding: No toxic gas will be generated during combustion, and will not encourage the spread of fire.
6. Flexural property: It can be corrugated to many kinds of shape to use as the construction materials.
7. Acoustical insulation: Under the same thickness condition, the sound insulation of corrugated fiberglass roofing is 3 – 4 DB higher than that of glass.
8. Energy saving: The heat insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than that of the same glass, thereby greatly reducing the heat loss. It is used in buildings with warm equipment and belongs to environmental protection materials.
9. Temperature adaptability: In bad environment, the corrugated fiberglass roofing there has no obvious change in mechanics and mechanical properties.
